New York Mayor Bill de Blasio just came out in support of recreational cannabis legalization in New York following the results of an in-depth report. In “A Fair Approach to Marijuana,” the 79-page report compiled by the Mayor’s Task Force on Cannabis Legalization, de Blasio echoes Governor Andrew Cuomo’s pledge to legalize recreational cannabis and outlines exactly how exactly New York City should approach it.
